We arrived ten minutes early, the place was packed, friendly receptionists greeted us, we filled in the new client package, and we got called after a couple of patients went in. The consultation was good - the assistant and the doctor took their time finding out my wife's condition and even stayed behind to answer any additional questions we had. So for us, this experience was painless and fast. The office was also comfortable and full of windows with natural light.
