Patients of Our Pensacola Office
Dear Patients,
Effective September 30, 2022, we will be closing our Pensacola office, located at 6160 N Davis Hwy, Ste 11, Pensacola, FL 32504. It has been an honor and a privilege to provide your dermatologic care.
The choice of who provides you with your continued care and treatment is yours. We’d like to recommend Henghold Dermatology, which has offices in Pensacola (530 and 540 Fontaine St) and Gulf Breeze (1200 Gulf Breeze Pkwy, Ste A). Their team is led by board-certified dermatologists and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeons.
All appointments will continue as scheduled at Advanced Dermatology and Cosmetic Surgery through our closing date. If you select Henghold Dermatology for your care, please contact them at 850-474-4775 after that date to get established as a new patient.
Should you need a copy of your medical records, we can release the records to you or to a person or provider you designate. A signed authorization will be required if you choose to have anyone other than you request these records. Simply email Jennifer White at [email protected].
