Credentials
Logan Thimons is a board-certified Physician Assistant. He completed his bachelor’s degree in exercise physiology at West Virginia University where he accumulated both academic and athletic honors as a member of the football team.
He acquired his master’s degree in physician assistant studies at the University of Pittsburgh, during which he completed clinical rotations in both adult and pediatric dermatology. He is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants and is licensed by the Pennsylvania State Medical Board.
He is a member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
Logan has received specialized training in the full spectrum of dermatologic care and is currently completing a diplomate fellowship in dermatology through the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants.
He aims to build long lasting relationships with his patients and enjoys helping them with all their medical, surgical, and cosmetic skin care needs. He provides care and the latest treatment for a wide range of pediatric, adolescent and adult dermatological concerns such as skin cancer, eczema, acne, rashes and psoriasis.
Logan is an avid hunter and enjoys all things outdoors such as camping, snowboarding, and kayaking.
