Annie Pratt is an East Coast native and is thrilled to serve patients where she grew up in the Washington, DC, area. She graduated summa cum laude from Texas Christian University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. She earned her Master’s Degree in Physician Assistant Studies at Shenandoah University, where she was recognized for her outstanding clinical performance. She practiced in primary care for several years, giving her a firm medical foundation before training in dermatology.
Annie is passionate about delivering excellent patient-centered dermatology care. She understands that caring for skin is more than “skin deep” and focuses on both medical and cosmetic treatments to help patients achieve optimal health and beautiful outcomes. She is well-versed in how skin disease impacts overall health and treats each patient as if they were a part of her own family. Working within a team-based approach, Annie is driven to make a positive impact on each patient in helping them reach their goals. She loves performing skin cancer screenings and treating acne, psoriasis, eczema, and other inflammatory skin disorders. She also loves providing preventative and interventional anti-aging treatments and procedures.
Annie is board-certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is an active member of the Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants, the Virginia Academy of Physician Assistants, and the American Academy of Physician Assistants.
Outside of work, Annie enjoys hiking, backpacking, and serving her community. Most of all she loves spending quality time with her wonderful daughters.
