Maitland, Florida. - (April 10, 2014) - ADCS Clinics (“ADCS”) announced it has completed the acquisition of Albergo Palm Harbor Dermatology in Palm Harbor Florida; a dermatology practice founded by Dr. Robert P. Albergo. Dr. Albergo is a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology and a fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology.
Dr. Albergo is a summa cum laude graduate of the University of Notre Dame and a member of the Phi Beta Kappa. He attended medical school at the University of Rochester. Following his internship and a year of internal medicine residency at the University of Rochester. Dr. Albergo completed a three-year dermatology residency at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina. He is a member of Mensa. Additionally, he has been involved in research on atopic dermatitis (eczema), psoriasis, and food allergies. Scientific papers have been published in medical journals as a result of this research and also on the subject of psoriasis.
